On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) you will be met by our airport rep/Inquisitive driver who will transfer to your hotel/Lodge for your overnight stay. Hotel in Moshi offers the ideal location from which to start your adventure. Strategically located at a base and the best view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Freshen up after your journey to Tanzania and unwind in the lush gardens/balcony before enjoying a delicious meal. Enjoying the remarkable view of Mount Kilimanjaro by just walking in the tropical garden. Get an early night’s rest before your trip itinerary kicks off in the morning! Overnight in Moshi (with breakfast included) BB 

 Leave Moshi town and drive for about 45 minutes to Marangu Gate on the eastern side of Kilimanjaro. Do the necessary paperwork at the park gate such as registrations. Begin hiking through rainforest from the park gate to Mandara Hut. Stop half way for lunch. A side trip to Maundi Crater (about 15 minutes away) is a good way to see the surroundings as well as views of Kenya and Northern Tanzania. Bathrooms are available with running water. 

 Wake to breakfast and pack for the next leg. Hike to Horombo Huts. You travel through lower heath land with small shrubs being the main vegetation. Stop half way for lunch. Views of Mawenzi are amazing. The summit of Kibo can be seen from Horombo Huts. Arrive Horombo Huts, unpack and prepare for dinner. Bathrooms are available with running water. 

 Wake to breakfast as usual (if you wake before sun-up you can get some great photos of the sunrise). Pack and begin the hike to Kibo Hut. The first half of the day’s hike traverses the upper heath land while the second half crosses the vast saddle that connects Mawenzi and Kibo. The saddle is an alpine desert that resembles a lunar landscape. Be careful to notice signs of altitude sickness. No running water at Kibo Huts. 

 Wake at around midnight to a light breakfast, and then prepare for the summit ascent. This part of the hike is carried out during the early morning before dawn so that the climbers reach Uhuru Peak at around sunrise. Leave at about 1:00am and reach Gilman’s Point at about 7:00am. The climbers are met with views of the crater from Gilman’s Point because it is on the Crater Rim. Another 2 hours of hiking brings the climber to Uhuru Peak, the summit. From there you will descend back to Kibo Hut, collect your things and cross the saddle again at Horombo Hut where you will spend the night. Enjoy dinner and get some well-deserved sleep. 

 Wake as usual, pack and descend to Mandara Hut. Take lunch there and continue on to the park gate where you will be met by your transport back to Moshi. Continue on to the park gate where you will be met by your transport back to Moshi. Overnight in Moshi. Tips is recommended and highly appreciated and can be given to the Guide at Hotel. This is also where successful climbers receive their summit certificates. Those climbers who reached Stella Point (5685m) are issued with green certificates and those who reached Uhuru Peak (5895m) receive gold certificates. 

 After breakfast, pack your bags and depart with Inquisitive representative for your transfer through Arusha town to Tarangire National Park. A welcome table will be set up either at the entrance gate or a short distance away, with tea and coffee, cold drinks and snacks, allowing you to refresh while your guide briefs you on the surrounding area. After hot/cold drinks and snacks, experience your first taste of the wild and beautiful Tarangire National Park on an afternoon game drive with one of the superb guides. Once back at camp you will have the opportunity to freshen up and relax. Once refreshed you either have the option of going on a night drive or heading straight to the dining area for dinner and a drink by the camp fire. Overnight in Karatu (with Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast) 

 After an early breakfast, pack your bags and depart with your driver to Ngorongoro Crater, an early start to the day is best in order to avoid the later influx of tourists into the Ngorongoro Crater. The park gate opens at 0600, so it is best to be there as close to this time as possible. There are a number of lions which are typically larger in size than an average lion due the large amount of game in the area. The crater floor tends to get very busy, with there often being numerous vehicles at any wildlife sighting.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a large, unbroken, un-flooded caldera, formed when a giant volcano erupted and collapsed some three million years ago. Had it not become a caldera, it is possible that the volcanic mountain would be about the same height as Kilimanjaro. The caldera is 600m deep, 16km across and 265 sq km in area. Enjoy the spectacular scenery and game viewing, in what has been described as the eighth wonder of the world. Many of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino can be seen grazing on the open grassland of the crater floor, surrounded by some of the 25,000 large animals that occupy the crater, including lion, cheetah, wildebeest, eland, zebra and gazelle. Flamingo, among other bird species, can often be seen feeding at Makat Soda Lake as well. Afternoon drive to your lodge for your overnight stay. Overnight Karatu (with lunch, dinner & breakfast) 

 After breakfast, pack your bags, depart the Lodge and will continue to Arusha airstrip. Here you will bid your guide farewell as you board your flight to Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar Airport you will be met by a representative and transferred by road to your hotel to freshen up and relax. Once refreshed you will then make your way to the dining area for dinner & Overnight (HB) 

 Depending on your preference on day 10 and 11, there are a variety of optional activities available. Your days are therefore open to be structured as you choose, with either as much relaxing by the pool, or as many activities as you wish. Options are:
Option 1: JOZANI & SPICE TOUR Morning breakfast ready for the drive to Jozani Forest to enjoy seeing the Red Colobus monkeys then proceeding to the Spice farm, where you can see a variety of spice plants and herbs. Testing the fruits and spices will give you the authentic taste. After the tours, drive back to your lodge for dinner & overnight (HB) extra supplement USD $180per trip (Min 2pax & Maximum 6pax)

Option 2: Beach Leisure day (FB) Today you will have a full day of enjoyment and relaxation on beautiful clean beaches and swim, snorkel or dive in the clear warm water. be sure to indulge as the sun melts away and the sky turns to night. In the evening, you will get a time to go to nearby streets and choose a restaurant to which you will taste local food and enjoy good company with local people as well as delicious spice bites of the Island. Dinner and stay overnight back to your Hotel.

Option 3: CITY TOUR & SHOPPING: After breakfast at the hotel, you will have the chance to explore the island and its hidden treasures. Travel deep into the interior to see the fragrant spice Island. Discover the Stone Town on a city tour. Stone Town was recently declared as one of the world's heritage sites. With your guide, you will walk in the footsteps of Arab sultans of Zanzibar, the Portuguese, British, the Germany Architectures and hear more about those days when Zanzibar was a center of commerce of the world. Option 4: Nakupenda Tour: After breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel for full day beach adventures ‘Nakupenda is a Swahili word for I love you’ Tour (Sand Bank Picnic) includes sailing dhow to visiting the historical Prison Island, now stand as a home of giant tortoise living for more than 120 years. After that, it’s time to relax on the white sands of the Pange Sandbank and soak up the Zanzibar Sun. Admire the breath-taking view of the turquoise waters that surround you and the birds that loom up above. Snorkelling, swimming with BBQ lunch on the tour with fruits, water, soft drinks.  Departure: After breakfast, you will depart to Zanzibar Airport for your flight home or connecting to Dar es Salaam Airport where your adventure ends, you will then catch your international flight and bid farewell to your guide for your onward journey.
